Sura Al-Kaafiroon

Ayah: 1

قُلۡ يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلۡكَٰفِرُونَ
1. Diles (¡oh, Muhammad! a los idólatras)[1196]: «¡Oh, vosotros que negáis la verdad!,
[1196] Esta sura fue revelada en respuesta a la sugerencia de un grupo de idólatras que estaban dispuestos a adorar a Al-lah por un año si el profeta Muhammad —que Al-lah lo bendiga y le dé la paz— adoraba sus ídolos por un año.

Ayah: 2

لَآ أَعۡبُدُ مَا تَعۡبُدُونَ
2. »yo no adoro lo que vosotros adoráis

Ayah: 3

وَلَآ أَنتُمۡ عَٰبِدُونَ مَآ أَعۡبُدُ
3. »ni vosotros adoráis lo que yo adoro.

وَلَآ أَنَا۠ عَابِدٞ مَّا عَبَدتُّمۡ
4. »Ni adoraré (nunca) lo que adoráis

وَلَآ أَنتُمۡ عَٰبِدُونَ مَآ أَعۡبُدُ
5. »ni vosotros adoraréis lo que yo adoro.

لَكُمۡ دِينُكُمۡ وَلِيَ دِينِ
6. »Vosotros tenéis vuestra religión y yo la mía».
