Ayah: 44

وَأَنذِرِ ٱلنَّاسَ يَوۡمَ يَأۡتِيهِمُ ٱلۡعَذَابُ فَيَقُولُ ٱلَّذِينَ ظَلَمُواْ رَبَّنَآ أَخِّرۡنَآ إِلَىٰٓ أَجَلٖ قَرِيبٖ نُّجِبۡ دَعۡوَتَكَ وَنَتَّبِعِ ٱلرُّسُلَۗ أَوَلَمۡ تَكُونُوٓاْ أَقۡسَمۡتُم مِّن قَبۡلُ مَا لَكُم مِّن زَوَالٖ

44. Y advierte a la gente (¡oh, Muhammad!) sobre el día en que el castigo se abatirá sobre ellos y los injustos que niegan la verdad dirán: «¡Señor!, déjanos regresar a la tierra para que podamos responder a Tu llamada y seguir a Tusmensajeros». (Se les dirá con reproche:) «¿Acaso no jurasteis con anterioridad que nunca dejaríais la vida terrenal y que no resucitaríais?
