Translation of the meanings Ayah: (38) Surah: At-Tawbah
يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ مَا لَكُمۡ إِذَا قِيلَ لَكُمُ ٱنفِرُواْ فِي سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ ٱثَّاقَلۡتُمۡ إِلَى ٱلۡأَرۡضِۚ أَرَضِيتُم بِٱلۡحَيَوٰةِ ٱلدُّنۡيَا مِنَ ٱلۡأٓخِرَةِۚ فَمَا مَتَٰعُ ٱلۡحَيَوٰةِ ٱلدُّنۡيَا فِي ٱلۡأٓخِرَةِ إِلَّا قَلِيلٌ
38. ¡Oh, creyentes!, ¿por qué cuando se os dice que salgáis a luchar por la causa de Al-lah sentís pereza (y no queréis abandonar vuestros hogares)?¿Acaso preferís esta vida terrenal a la eterna? Mas los bienes y los placeres de esta vida son escasos comparados con los de la vida que os espera.
