Sura At-Takaathur

Ayah: 1

أَلۡهَىٰكُمُ ٱلتَّكَاثُرُ
1. Se distraen (de obedecer a Al-lah) por competir en la acumulación de bienes y poder

Ayah: 2

حَتَّىٰ زُرۡتُمُ ٱلۡمَقَابِرَ
2. hasta que les llegue la muerte.

كَلَّا سَوۡفَ تَعۡلَمُونَ
3. ¡No deberían hacerlo!, pues ya sabrán (lo que les espera).

ثُمَّ كَلَّا سَوۡفَ تَعۡلَمُونَ
4. ¡Sí!, ya sabrán (lo que les espera).

كَلَّا لَوۡ تَعۡلَمُونَ عِلۡمَ ٱلۡيَقِينِ
5. Si realmente tuvieran certeza (de la verdad, dejarían de acumular bienes y poder y obedecerían a Al-lah).

لَتَرَوُنَّ ٱلۡجَحِيمَ
6. (Mas) ciertamente, verán el fuego del Infierno.

ثُمَّ لَتَرَوُنَّهَا عَيۡنَ ٱلۡيَقِينِ
7. ¡Sí!, lo verán con sus propios ojos.

ثُمَّ لَتُسۡـَٔلُنَّ يَوۡمَئِذٍ عَنِ ٱلنَّعِيمِ
8. Y después serán cuestionados (y juzgados) el Día de la Resurrección sobre (el uso que hicieron de) las gracias (que Al-lah les concedió).
