Translation of the meanings Ayah: (8) Surah: Hūd
وَلَئِنۡ أَخَّرۡنَا عَنۡهُمُ ٱلۡعَذَابَ إِلَىٰٓ أُمَّةٖ مَّعۡدُودَةٖ لَّيَقُولُنَّ مَا يَحۡبِسُهُۥٓۗ أَلَا يَوۡمَ يَأۡتِيهِمۡ لَيۡسَ مَصۡرُوفًا عَنۡهُمۡ وَحَاقَ بِهِم مَّا كَانُواْ بِهِۦ يَسۡتَهۡزِءُونَ
8. Y si les aplazamos el castigo hasta una fecha determinada, dirán: “¿Qué lo retiene?”. En verdad, cuando llegue, no podrá ser apartado de ellos y les sobrevendrá aquello de lo que se burlaban.
