Ayah: 43

وَلَقَدۡ ءَاتَيۡنَا مُوسَى ٱلۡكِتَٰبَ مِنۢ بَعۡدِ مَآ أَهۡلَكۡنَا ٱلۡقُرُونَ ٱلۡأُولَىٰ بَصَآئِرَ لِلنَّاسِ وَهُدٗى وَرَحۡمَةٗ لَّعَلَّهُمۡ يَتَذَكَّرُونَ
43. Y concedimos a Moisés el Libro (la Torá) después de haber destruido las generaciones anteriores[749], para que fuera una luz, una guía y misericordia para que (los hombres) reflexionaran.
[749] Se refiere al pueblo del Profeta Noé —la paz de Al-lah esté con él— y a los pueblos de ‘Ad, Zamud, etc.
