Translation of the meanings Ayah: (140) Surah: Al-An‘ām
قَدۡ خَسِرَ ٱلَّذِينَ قَتَلُوٓاْ أَوۡلَٰدَهُمۡ سَفَهَۢا بِغَيۡرِ عِلۡمٖ وَحَرَّمُواْ مَا رَزَقَهُمُ ٱللَّهُ ٱفۡتِرَآءً عَلَى ٱللَّهِۚ قَدۡ ضَلُّواْ وَمَا كَانُواْ مُهۡتَدِينَ
140. En verdad, quienes maten a sus propios hijos por no hacer uso de la razón y por ignorancia, y se prohíban a sí mismos lo que Al-lah les ha concedido como sustento atribuyéndole a Él tales mandatos causarán su propia perdición. Se habrán extraviado (del camino) y no estarán bien guiados.
