لِيَقۡطَعَ طَرَفٗا مِّنَ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوٓاْ أَوۡ يَكۡبِتَهُمۡ فَيَنقَلِبُواْ خَآئِبِينَ
Na ilikuwa nusura ya Mwenyezi Mungu katika vita vya Badr ni kwa ajili Apate kukiangamiza kikundi cha makafiri kwa kuuawa na yule atakayeokoka na kifo kati yao, basi atarudi akiwa na huzuni, upetwe na dhiki za nafsi yake na unaonekana kwake utwevu na aibu.
