Translation of the meanings Ayah: (143) Surah: Āl-‘Imrān
وَلَقَدۡ كُنتُمۡ تَمَنَّوۡنَ ٱلۡمَوۡتَ مِن قَبۡلِ أَن تَلۡقَوۡهُ فَقَدۡ رَأَيۡتُمُوهُ وَأَنتُمۡ تَنظُرُونَ
Na kwa hakika mlikuwa, enyi Waumini, kabla ya vita vya Uhud mnatamani kukutana na maadui zenu, ili mpate utukufu wa jihadi na kufa mashahidi katika njia ya Mwenyezi Mungu ambao walibahatika nao ndugu zenu kwenye vita vya Badr. Basi hilo ndilo, Iimeshapatikana kwenu, mlilolitamani na mkaliomba. Basi jitokezeni mpigane na msubirishane.
