ٱرۡكُضۡ بِرِجۡلِكَۖ هَٰذَا مُغۡتَسَلُۢ بَارِدٞ وَشَرَابٞ

Tukamwambia, «Ipige ardhi kwa mguu wako! Yatabubujika kutoka humo maji baridi. Basi kunywa katika maji hayo na uoge, na madhara na maudhiko yatakuondokea.»
