Translation of the meanings Ayah: (70) Surah: Al-A‘rāf
قَالُوٓاْ أَجِئۡتَنَا لِنَعۡبُدَ ٱللَّهَ وَحۡدَهُۥ وَنَذَرَ مَا كَانَ يَعۡبُدُ ءَابَآؤُنَا فَأۡتِنَا بِمَا تَعِدُنَآ إِن كُنتَ مِنَ ٱلصَّٰدِقِينَ
’Ād walisema kumwambia Hūd, amani imshukie, «Je, umetuita tumuabudu Mwenyezi Mungu, Peke Yake, na tuihame ibada ya masanamu ambayo tumeirithi kutoka kwa mababa zetu? Basi tuletee adhabu ambayo unatutusha nayo iwapo wewe ni miongoni mwa wakweli katika hayo usemayo.»
