Ayah: 48

وَكَانَ فِي ٱلۡمَدِينَةِ تِسۡعَةُ رَهۡطٖ يُفۡسِدُونَ فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ وَلَا يُصۡلِحُونَ

Na walikuwamo mjini watu tisa wakifanya ufisadi katika nchi wala hawafanyi la maslaha.

Na waongozi wa shari kati yao walikuwa ni tisa, kazi yao ni kufisidi katika nchi kwa maoni yao na madai yao. Wala haukuwa mtindo wao kutenda jema lolote.
