Al-Muddathir

Ayah: 1

يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلۡمُدَّثِّرُ
Ewe uliyejigubika!
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 2

قُمۡ فَأَنذِرۡ
Simama uonye!
Arabic explanations of the Qur’an:

Ayah: 3

وَرَبَّكَ فَكَبِّرۡ
Na Mola wako Mlezi mtukuze!

Ayah: 4

وَثِيَابَكَ فَطَهِّرۡ
Na nguo zako, zisafishe.

Ayah: 5

وَٱلرُّجۡزَ فَٱهۡجُرۡ
Na yaliyo machafu yahame!

Ayah: 6

وَلَا تَمۡنُن تَسۡتَكۡثِرُ
Wala usitoe kwa kutaraji kuzidishiwa.

وَلِرَبِّكَ فَٱصۡبِرۡ
Na kwa ajili ya Mola wako Mlezi, subiri!

فَإِذَا نُقِرَ فِي ٱلنَّاقُورِ
Basi litakapopulizwa barugumu,

فَذَٰلِكَ يَوۡمَئِذٖ يَوۡمٌ عَسِيرٌ
Siku hiyo, basi, itakuwa siku ngumu.

عَلَى ٱلۡكَٰفِرِينَ غَيۡرُ يَسِيرٖ
Kwa makafiri haitakuwa nyepesi.

ذَرۡنِي وَمَنۡ خَلَقۡتُ وَحِيدٗا
Niache peke yangu na niliyemuumba.

وَجَعَلۡتُ لَهُۥ مَالٗا مَّمۡدُودٗا
Na nikamjaalia awe na mali mengi.

وَبَنِينَ شُهُودٗا
Na wana wanaoonekana.

Ayah: 14

وَمَهَّدتُّ لَهُۥ تَمۡهِيدٗا
Na nikamtegenezea mambo vizuri kabisa.

ثُمَّ يَطۡمَعُ أَنۡ أَزِيدَ
Kisha anatumai nimzidishie!

كَلَّآۖ إِنَّهُۥ كَانَ لِأٓيَٰتِنَا عَنِيدٗا
Hasha! Kwani hakika yeye alikuwa akizifanyia inadi Aya zetu!

سَأُرۡهِقُهُۥ صَعُودًا
Nitamtesa kwa mateso yasiowezekana.

إِنَّهُۥ فَكَّرَ وَقَدَّرَ
Kwani hakika yeye alifikiri na akapima.
