إِنَّمَا يَسۡتَـٔۡذِنُكَ ٱلَّذِينَ لَا يُؤۡمِنُونَ بِٱللَّهِ وَٱلۡيَوۡمِ ٱلۡأٓخِرِ وَٱرۡتَابَتۡ قُلُوبُهُمۡ فَهُمۡ فِي رَيۡبِهِمۡ يَتَرَدَّدُونَ

Nagpapaalam lamang sa iyo [na magpaiwan] ang mga hindi sumasampalataya kay Allāh at sa Huling Araw at nag-alinlangan ang mga puso nila kaya sila dahil sa pag-aalinlangan nila ay nag-aatubili.
