Translation of the meanings Ayah: (38) Surah: Āl-‘Imrān
هُنَالِكَ دَعَا زَكَرِیَّا رَبَّهٗ ۚ— قَالَ رَبِّ هَبْ لِیْ مِنْ لَّدُنْكَ ذُرِّیَّةً طَیِّبَةً ۚ— اِنَّكَ سَمِیْعُ الدُّعَآءِ ۟
38. (அப்பொழுது) ஜகரிய்யா, அவ்விடத்தில் (தனக்காகத்) தன் இறைவனிடம் பிரார்த்தித்து ‘‘என் இறைவனே! உன் புறத்திலிருந்து எனக்கொரு நல்ல சந்ததியை அளிப்பாயாக! நிச்சயமாக நீ பிரார்த்தனைகளை செவியேற்பவன்'' என்று கூறினார்.
