Translation of the meanings Ayah: (15) Surah: Ghāfir
رَفِیْعُ الدَّرَجٰتِ ذُو الْعَرْشِ ۚ— یُلْقِی الرُّوْحَ مِنْ اَمْرِهٖ عَلٰی مَنْ یَّشَآءُ مِنْ عِبَادِهٖ لِیُنْذِرَ یَوْمَ التَّلَاقِ ۟ۙ
15. அவன் மிக்க உயர்ந்த பதவிகள் உடையவன், அர்ஷுக்கு சொந்தக்காரன். (தன்னைச்) சந்திக்கும் நாளைப் பற்றி அச்சமூட்டி எச்சரிக்கை செய்வதற்காக, தன் அடியார்களில் தான் விரும்பியவர்களின் மீது தன் கட்டளையை வஹ்யி மூலம் அவன் இறக்கிவைக்கிறான்.
