Translation of the meanings Ayah: (71) Surah: Al-Mā’idah
وَحَسِبُوْۤا اَلَّا تَكُوْنَ فِتْنَةٌ فَعَمُوْا وَصَمُّوْا ثُمَّ تَابَ اللّٰهُ عَلَیْهِمْ ثُمَّ عَمُوْا وَصَمُّوْا كَثِیْرٌ مِّنْهُمْ ؕ— وَاللّٰهُ بَصِیْرٌ بِمَا یَعْمَلُوْنَ ۟
71. (இதனால் தங்களுக்கு) ஓர் ஆபத்தும் ஏற்படாது என்று அவர்கள் எண்ணிக் கொண்டனர். ஆதலால், அவர்கள் (உண்மையைக் காண முடியாத) குருடர்களாகவும், (அதைக் கேட்க முடியாத) செவிடர்களாகவும் ஆகிவிட்டனர். இதன் பின்னரும், அல்லாஹ் அவர்களை மன்னித்தான். எனினும், அவர்களில் பெரும்பான்மையினர் பிறகும் குருடர்களாகவும், செவிடர்களாகவுமே இருக்கின்றனர். ஆனால், அல்லாஹ் அவர்கள் செய்பவற்றை உற்று நோக்குபவன் ஆவான்.
