Ayah: 1

اَلَمْ تَرَ كَیْفَ فَعَلَ رَبُّكَ بِاَصْحٰبِ الْفِیْلِ ۟ؕ

(நபியே!) யானைப் படைகளுடன் உமது இறைவன் எப்படி நடந்து கொண்டான் என்பதை நீர் பார்க்கவில்லையா?

اَلَمْ یَجْعَلْ كَیْدَهُمْ فِیْ تَضْلِیْلٍ ۟ۙ

அவர்களுடைய சூழ்ச்சியை (அவன்) வீணாக ஆக்கவில்லையா?

وَّاَرْسَلَ عَلَیْهِمْ طَیْرًا اَبَابِیْلَ ۟ۙ

இன்னும், அவர்கள் மீது பறவைகளை பல கூட்டங்களாக அனுப்பினான்.

تَرْمِیْهِمْ بِحِجَارَةٍ مِّنْ سِجِّیْلٍ ۟ۙ

அவர்களை சுடப்பட்ட களிமண்ணின் கல்லைக் கொண்டு அவை எறிந்தன.

فَجَعَلَهُمْ كَعَصْفٍ مَّاْكُوْلٍ ۟۠

ஆக, திண்ணப்படும் வைக்கோலைப் போன்று உமது இறைவன் அவர்களை ஆக்கினான்.
