அல்ஹாக்கா
مَا الْحَآقَّةُ ۟ۚ

وَمَاۤ اَدْرٰىكَ مَا الْحَآقَّةُ ۟ؕ

فَاَمَّا ثَمُوْدُ فَاُهْلِكُوْا بِالطَّاغِیَةِ ۟

سَخَّرَهَا عَلَیْهِمْ سَبْعَ لَیَالٍ وَّثَمٰنِیَةَ اَیَّامٍ ۙ— حُسُوْمًا فَتَرَی الْقَوْمَ فِیْهَا صَرْعٰی ۙ— كَاَنَّهُمْ اَعْجَازُ نَخْلٍ خَاوِیَةٍ ۟ۚ
அவன், அதை (-அந்த காற்றை) ஏழு இரவுகளும் எட்டு பகல்களும் அவர்கள் மீது தொடர்ச்சியாக (வீசக்கூடிய நிலையில்) கட்டுப்படுத்தி வைத்திருந்தான். ஆக, அதில் மக்களை செத்து மடிந்தவர்களாக நீர் பார்ப்பீர். அவர்களோ (கரையான் தின்று) அழிந்துபோன பேரீச்ச மரத்தின் அடிப்பகுதிகளைப் போல் இருந்தனர்.
