Ayah: 10

قَالَ قَآىِٕلٌ مِّنْهُمْ لَا تَقْتُلُوْا یُوْسُفَ وَاَلْقُوْهُ فِیْ غَیٰبَتِ الْجُبِّ یَلْتَقِطْهُ بَعْضُ السَّیَّارَةِ اِنْ كُنْتُمْ فٰعِلِیْنَ ۟
వారిలో మరొకడు అన్నాడు: "యూసుఫ్ ను చంపకండి. మీరు (ఏదైనా) చేయాలనే అనుకుంటే! అతనిని ఒక లోతైన బావిలో పడవేయండి,[1] ఎవరైనా బాటసారులు అతనిని తీసుకొని పోవచ్చు!"
[1] అల్-జుబ్బు: అంటే ఒక లోతైన బావి. దాని చుట్టు గోడ ఉండదు. మరియు నీళ్ళు కూడా చాలా లోతుగా ఉండవు.
