Translation of the meanings
Ayah: (23) Surah: Al-Isrā’
وَقَضٰی رَبُّكَ اَلَّا تَعْبُدُوْۤا اِلَّاۤ اِیَّاهُ وَبِالْوَالِدَیْنِ اِحْسَانًا ؕ— اِمَّا یَبْلُغَنَّ عِنْدَكَ الْكِبَرَ اَحَدُهُمَاۤ اَوْ كِلٰهُمَا فَلَا تَقُلْ لَّهُمَاۤ اُفٍّ وَّلَا تَنْهَرْهُمَا وَقُلْ لَّهُمَا قَوْلًا كَرِیْمًا ۟
మరియు నీ ప్రభువు: తనను తప్ప ఇతరులను ఆరాధించకూడదనీ మరియు తల్లిదండ్రులతో మంచితనంతో వ్యవహరించాలనీ, ఆజ్ఞాపించి ఉన్నాడు.[1] ఒకవేళ వారిలో ఏ ఒక్కరు గానీ, లేదా వారిరువురు గానీ ముసలివారైతే, వారితో విసుక్కుంటూ: "ఛీ! (ఉఫ్)" అని కూడా అనకు మరియు వారిని గద్దించకు మరియు వారితో మర్యాదగా మాట్లాడు.
[1] అల్లాహుతా'ఆలా ఈ ఆయత్ లో తన ఆరాధన తరువాత, రెండో స్థానంలో, తమ తల్లిదండ్రులతో మంచిగా వ్యవహించాలని ఆజ్ఞాపించాడు. దీనితో వారి ఆదరణ, ఆజ్ఞాపాలన మరియు వారికి వినయవిధేయతలు చూపటం ఎంత ముఖ్యమో తెలుస్తోంది.
