Translation of the meanings Ayah: (33) Surah: Al-Isrā’
وَلَا تَقْتُلُوا النَّفْسَ الَّتِیْ حَرَّمَ اللّٰهُ اِلَّا بِالْحَقِّ ؕ— وَمَنْ قُتِلَ مَظْلُوْمًا فَقَدْ جَعَلْنَا لِوَلِیِّهٖ سُلْطٰنًا فَلَا یُسْرِفْ فِّی الْقَتْلِ ؕ— اِنَّهٗ كَانَ مَنْصُوْرًا ۟
న్యాయానికి తప్ప, అల్లాహ్ నిషేధించిన ఏ ప్రాణిని కూడా చంపకండి.[1] ఎవడు అన్యాయంగా చంపబడతాడో, మేము అతని వారసునికి (ప్రతీకార) హక్కు ఇచ్చి ఉన్నాము.[2] కాని అతడు హత్య (ప్రతీకార) విషయంలో హద్దులను మీరకూడదు. నిశ్చయంగా, అతనికి (ధర్మప్రకారం) సహాయ మొసంగబడుతుంది.
[1] చూడండి, 2:190. అంటే, ధర్మయుద్ధంలో గానీ లేక న్యాయ ప్రతీకారానికి గానీ, లేక ఆత్మరక్షణకు గానీ కాకుండా, అన్యాయంగా ఏ ప్రాణిని కూడా చంపరాదు. [2] అల్-ఖి'సా'సు: న్యాయ ప్రతీకారం. చూడండి, 2:178. ఇక్కడ వలీ అంటే రక్తసంబంధీకుడైన దగ్గర బంధువు అని అర్థం.
