Ayah: 97

وَاقْتَرَبَ الْوَعْدُ الْحَقُّ فَاِذَا هِیَ شَاخِصَةٌ اَبْصَارُ الَّذِیْنَ كَفَرُوْا ؕ— یٰوَیْلَنَا قَدْ كُنَّا فِیْ غَفْلَةٍ مِّنْ هٰذَا بَلْ كُنَّا ظٰلِمِیْنَ ۟
మరియు సత్యవాగ్దానం నెరవేరే సమయం దగ్గర పడినప్పుడు సత్యతిరస్కారుల కళ్ళు విచ్చుకుపోయి: "అయ్యో! మా దౌర్భాగ్యం! వాస్తవానికి మేము దీని నుండి అశ్రద్ధకు గురి అయ్యాము. కాదు కాదు! మేము దుర్మార్గులముగా ఉండేవారము." అని అంటారు.
