Ayah: 38

وَقَالَ فِرْعَوْنُ یٰۤاَیُّهَا الْمَلَاُ مَا عَلِمْتُ لَكُمْ مِّنْ اِلٰهٍ غَیْرِیْ ۚ— فَاَوْقِدْ لِیْ یٰهَامٰنُ عَلَی الطِّیْنِ فَاجْعَلْ لِّیْ صَرْحًا لَّعَلِّیْۤ اَطَّلِعُ اِلٰۤی اِلٰهِ مُوْسٰی ۙ— وَاِنِّیْ لَاَظُنُّهٗ مِنَ الْكٰذِبِیْنَ ۟
మరియు ఫిర్ఔన్ అన్నాడు: "ఓ నాయకులారా! నేను తప్ప మీకు మరొక ఆరాధ్య దేవుడు గలడని నాకు తెలియదు.[1] కావున ఓ హామాన్! కాల్చిన మట్టి ఇటుకలతో నాకొక ఎత్తైన గోపురాన్ని నిర్మించు. దానిపై ఎక్కి నేను బహుశా, మూసా దేవుణ్ణి చూడగలనేమో! నిశ్చయంగా, నేను ఇతనిని అసత్యవాదిగా భావిస్తున్నాను."
