Ayah: 58

وَكَمْ اَهْلَكْنَا مِنْ قَرْیَةٍ بَطِرَتْ مَعِیْشَتَهَا ۚ— فَتِلْكَ مَسٰكِنُهُمْ لَمْ تُسْكَنْ مِّنْ بَعْدِهِمْ اِلَّا قَلِیْلًا ؕ— وَكُنَّا نَحْنُ الْوٰرِثِیْنَ ۟
మరియు మేము ఎన్నో నగరాలను, జీవన సుఖసంపదలతో ఉప్పొంగిపోతూ ఉండగా, వాటిని నాశనం చేయలేదా! అవిగో వారి నివాసాలు, వారి తరువాత వాటిలో నివసించిన వారు చాలా తక్కువ! మరియు నిశ్చయంగా, మేమే వాటికి వారసులయ్యాము. [1]
