Ayah: 39

وَقَارُوْنَ وَفِرْعَوْنَ وَهَامٰنَ ۫— وَلَقَدْ جَآءَهُمْ مُّوْسٰی بِالْبَیِّنٰتِ فَاسْتَكْبَرُوْا فِی الْاَرْضِ وَمَا كَانُوْا سٰبِقِیْنَ ۟ۚ
ఇక ఖారూన్[1], ఫిర్ఔన్ మరియు హామానులను[2] (కూడా మేము ఇదే విధంగా నాశనం చేశాము). వాస్తవానికి, మూసా వారి వద్దకు స్పష్టమైన సూచనలను తీసుకొని వచ్చాడు; కాని వారు భూమిలో అహంభావం చూపారు. కావున వారు (మా శిక్ష నుండి) తప్పించుకోలేక పోయారు.
