Ayah: 33

اِنَّ اللّٰهَ اصْطَفٰۤی اٰدَمَ وَنُوْحًا وَّاٰلَ اِبْرٰهِیْمَ وَاٰلَ عِمْرٰنَ عَلَی الْعٰلَمِیْنَ ۟ۙ
నిశ్చయంగా అల్లాహ్, ఆదమ్ ను నూహ్ ను, ఇబ్రాహీమ్ సంతతి వారిని మరియు ఇమ్రాన్ సంతతివారిని (ఆయా కాలపు) సర్వలోకాల (ప్రజలపై) ప్రాధాన్యతనిచ్చి ఎన్నుకున్నాడు[1].
[1] ప్రవక్తల సంతతిలో ఇద్దరు 'ఇమ్రాన్ లు పేర్కొనబడ్డారు: 1) మూసా మరియు హారూన్ ('అలైహిమ్ స.)ల తండ్రి 'ఇమ్రాన్ మరియు 2) మర్యమ్ తండ్రి 'ఇమ్రాన్. ఇక్కడ పేర్కొనబడ్డ 'ఇమ్రాన్ గారు, మర్యమ్ ('అ.స.) తండ్రి అని వ్యాఖ్యాతల అభిప్రాయం. (ఖు'ర్తుబీ, ఇబ్నె - కసీ'ర్).
