Translation of the meanings Ayah: (59) Surah: Al-Ahzāb
یٰۤاَیُّهَا النَّبِیُّ قُلْ لِّاَزْوَاجِكَ وَبَنٰتِكَ وَنِسَآءِ الْمُؤْمِنِیْنَ یُدْنِیْنَ عَلَیْهِنَّ مِنْ جَلَابِیْبِهِنَّ ؕ— ذٰلِكَ اَدْنٰۤی اَنْ یُّعْرَفْنَ فَلَا یُؤْذَیْنَ ؕ— وَكَانَ اللّٰهُ غَفُوْرًا رَّحِیْمًا ۟
ఓ ప్రవక్తా! నీ భార్యలతో, నీ కుమార్తెలతో మరియు విశ్వాసినులైన స్త్రీలతోనూ తమ దుప్పట్లను తమ మీద పూర్తిగా కప్పుకోమని చెప్పు. ఇది వారు గుర్తించబడి బాధింపబడ కుండా ఉండటానికి ఎంతో సముచితమైనది.[1] మరియు అల్లాహ్ క్షమాశీలుడు, అపార కరుణా ప్రదాత.
[1] చూడండి, 24:31. శరీరాన్ని పూర్తిగా కప్పుకొని, నెత్తిపై ఉన్న దుప్పటిని ముఖం మీదికి లాగుకొని కప్పుకోమని ఆజ్ఞ ఇవ్వబడింది.
