Ayah: 25

وَاِنْ یُّكَذِّبُوْكَ فَقَدْ كَذَّبَ الَّذِیْنَ مِنْ قَبْلِهِمْ ۚ— جَآءَتْهُمْ رُسُلُهُمْ بِالْبَیِّنٰتِ وَبِالزُّبُرِ وَبِالْكِتٰبِ الْمُنِیْرِ ۟
మరియు ఒకవేళ వీరు నిన్ను అసత్యవాదుడవని తిరస్కరిస్తున్నారంటే (ఆశ్చర్యమేమీ కాదు)! ఎందుకంటే, వీరిక పూర్వం గతించిన వారు కూడా (ఇదే విధంగా తమ ప్రవక్తలను) అసత్యవాదులని తిరస్కరించారు. వారి సందేశహరులు, వారి వద్దకు స్పష్టమైన నిదర్శనాలను, శాసనాలను (జబుర్ లను)[1] మరియు వెలుగునిచ్చే గ్రంథాన్ని తీసుకొని వచ్చారు.[2]
[1] జు'బురున్: అనే పదానికి, Scriptures, చిన్న చిన్న ముక్కలు లేక గ్రంథాలు, శాసనాలు, శృతులు మరియు కీర్తనలు అనే అర్థాలున్నాయి.
[2] చూడండి, 13:7, మరియు 16:36. ప్రతి సమాజానికి ఒక హెచ్చరిక చేసేవాడు (ప్రవక్త) పంపబడ్డాడు.
