Ayah: 12

كَذَّبَتْ قَبْلَهُمْ قَوْمُ نُوْحٍ وَّاَصْحٰبُ الرَّسِّ وَثَمُوْدُ ۟ۙ

వారికి పూర్వం నూహ్ జాతి వారు, అర్ రస్^[1] వాసులు మరియు సమూద్ జాతి వారు కూడా, సత్యాన్ని తిరస్కరించారు.

[1] చూడండి, 25:38 మరియు సూరహ్ అల్-బురూజ్ (85). అర్-రస్ వారు ఎవరనే విషయంలో భేదాభిప్రాయాలు ఉన్నాయి. ఇబ్నె-జరీర్ 'తబరీ (ర'హ్మా) అభిప్రాయంలో వీరే అస్'హాబ్ అల్-ఉఖ్దూద్.
