Translation of the meanings Ayah: (1) Surah: At-Tahrīm
సూరహ్ అత్-తహ్రీమ్
یٰۤاَیُّهَا النَّبِیُّ لِمَ تُحَرِّمُ مَاۤ اَحَلَّ اللّٰهُ لَكَ ۚ— تَبْتَغِیْ مَرْضَاتَ اَزْوَاجِكَ ؕ— وَاللّٰهُ غَفُوْرٌ رَّحِیْمٌ ۟
ఓ ప్రవక్తా! అల్లాహ్ నీకు ధర్మసమ్మతం చేసిన దానిని నీవు ఎందుకు నిషేధించుకుంటున్నావు?[1] నీవు నీ భార్యల ప్రసన్నతను కోరుతున్నావా? మరియు అల్లాహ్ క్షమాశీలుడు, అపార కరుణా ప్రదాత.
[1] ఈ ఆయత్ ద్వారా విశదయ్యేదేమిటంటే దైవప్రవక్త ('స'అస) కు కూడా అల్లాహ్ (సు.తా.) 'హలాల్ చేసిన దానిని 'హరాం చేసే అధికారం లేదు.
