Translation of the meanings Ayah: (142) Surah: Al-A‘rāf
وَوٰعَدْنَا مُوْسٰی ثَلٰثِیْنَ لَیْلَةً وَّاَتْمَمْنٰهَا بِعَشْرٍ فَتَمَّ مِیْقَاتُ رَبِّهٖۤ اَرْبَعِیْنَ لَیْلَةً ۚ— وَقَالَ مُوْسٰی لِاَخِیْهِ هٰرُوْنَ اخْلُفْنِیْ فِیْ قَوْمِیْ وَاَصْلِحْ وَلَا تَتَّبِعْ سَبِیْلَ الْمُفْسِدِیْنَ ۟
మరియు మేము మూసా కొరకు (సినాయి కొండపై) ముప్పై రాత్రుల (గడువు) నిర్ణయించాము. తరువాత పది (రాత్రులు) పొడిగించాము. ఈ విధంగా అతని ప్రభువు నిర్ణయించిన నలభై రాత్రుల గుడువ పూర్తయ్యింది. మూసా తన సోదరుడగు హారూన్ తో అన్నాడు: "నీవు నా జాతి ప్రజలలో నాకు ప్రాతినిథ్యం వహించు మరియు సంస్కరణకు పాటు పడు మరియు అరాచకాలు చేసేవారి మార్గాన్ని అనుసరించకు."
