Translation of the meanings Ayah: (70) Surah: Al-A‘rāf
قَالُوْۤا اَجِئْتَنَا لِنَعْبُدَ اللّٰهَ وَحْدَهٗ وَنَذَرَ مَا كَانَ یَعْبُدُ اٰبَآؤُنَا ۚ— فَاْتِنَا بِمَا تَعِدُنَاۤ اِنْ كُنْتَ مِنَ الصّٰدِقِیْنَ ۟
వారన్నారు: "మేము అల్లాహ్ ను ఒక్కణ్ణి మాత్రమే ఆరాధించి, మా తండ్రితాతలు ఆరాధించే వాటిని వదలిపెట్టమని (చెప్పటానికి) నీవు మా వద్దకు వచ్చావా? ఒకవేళ నీవు సత్యవంతుడవే అయితే మమ్మల్ని భయపెట్టే దానిని (శిక్షను) తీసుకొనిరా!"[1]
