Ayah: 72

فَاَنْجَیْنٰهُ وَالَّذِیْنَ مَعَهٗ بِرَحْمَةٍ مِّنَّا وَقَطَعْنَا دَابِرَ الَّذِیْنَ كَذَّبُوْا بِاٰیٰتِنَا وَمَا كَانُوْا مُؤْمِنِیْنَ ۟۠
కావున తుదకు మేము అతనిని (హూద్ ను) మరియు అతని తోటి వారిని మా అనుగ్రహంతో రక్షించాము. మరియు మా సూచనలు అసత్యాలని తిరస్కరించిన వారిని నిర్మూలించాము[1]. ఎందుకంటే వారు విశ్వసించకుండా ఉన్నారు.
[1] వారిపై ఎనిమిది రోజులు, ఏడు రాత్రులు భయంకరమైన తుఫాను గాలి, విరుచుకు పడింది. వారు కోసిన ఖర్జూర చెట్ల వలె పడిపోయారు. చూడండి, 69:6-8, 11:53-56, 46:24-25.
