Translation of the meanings Ayah: (23) Surah: Al-Isrā’
۞ وَقَضَىٰ رَبُّكَ أَلَّا تَعۡبُدُوٓاْ إِلَّآ إِيَّاهُ وَبِٱلۡوَٰلِدَيۡنِ إِحۡسَٰنًاۚ إِمَّا يَبۡلُغَنَّ عِندَكَ ٱلۡكِبَرَ أَحَدُهُمَآ أَوۡ كِلَاهُمَا فَلَا تَقُل لَّهُمَآ أُفّٖ وَلَا تَنۡهَرۡهُمَا وَقُل لَّهُمَا قَوۡلٗا كَرِيمٗا
[17.23] และพระเจ้าของเจ้าบัญชาว่า พวกเจ้าอย่าเคารพภักดีผู้ใดนอกจากพระองค์เท่านั้น และจงทำดีต่อบิดามารดา เมื่อผู้ใดในทั้งสองหรือทั้งสองบรรลุสู่วัยชราอยู่กับเจ้า ดังนั้นอย่ากล่าวแก่ทั้งสองว่า อุฟ และอย่าขู่เข็ญท่านทั้งสอง และจงพูดแก่ท่านทั้งสองด้วยถ้อยคำที่อ่อนโยน
