وَلَمَّا بَرَزُواْ لِجَالُوتَ وَجُنُودِهِۦ قَالُواْ رَبَّنَآ أَفۡرِغۡ عَلَيۡنَا صَبۡرٗا وَثَبِّتۡ أَقۡدَامَنَا وَٱنصُرۡنَا عَلَى ٱلۡقَوۡمِ ٱلۡكَٰفِرِينَ
[2.250] และเมื่อพวกเขาได้ออกไปประจัญหน้ากับญาลูต และไพร่พลของเขาแล้ว พวกเขาก็กล่าวว่า โอ้พระเจ้าของพวกข้าพระองค์ โปรดทรงประทานความอดทนให้แก่พวกข้าพระองค์ด้วยเถิด และโปรดทรงให้มั่นคงซึ่งเท้าของข้าพระองค์ และโปรดทรงช่วยพวกข้าพระองค์ให้ชนะเหนือพวกปฏิเสธศรัทธาทั้งหลาย
