Sûretu'l-Mâûn

Ayah: 1

أَرَءَيۡتَ ٱلَّذِي يُكَذِّبُ بِٱلدِّينِ
Hesap gününü yalanlayanı gördün mü?

فَذَٰلِكَ ٱلَّذِي يَدُعُّ ٱلۡيَتِيمَ
Yetimi itip kakan da işte odur.

وَلَا يَحُضُّ عَلَىٰ طَعَامِ ٱلۡمِسۡكِينِ
Ve yoksulu doyurmaya teşvik etmez.

فَوَيۡلٞ لِّلۡمُصَلِّينَ
Vay o namaz kılanların haline ki:

Onlar kıldıkları namazdan gafildirler.

Onlar gösteriş yaparlar.

وَيَمۡنَعُونَ ٱلۡمَاعُونَ
Hem de maunu da vermeyip, engellerler.
