وَوَقَعَ ٱلۡقَوۡلُ عَلَيۡهِم بِمَا ظَلَمُواْ فَهُمۡ لَا يَنطِقُونَ

Zulmetmelerinden dolayı aleyhlerinde söz (azap) gerçekleşmiş olur ve onlar artık konuşamazlar.
