هُوَ ٱلَّذِي يُحۡيِۦ وَيُمِيتُۖ فَإِذَا قَضَىٰٓ أَمۡرٗا فَإِنَّمَا يَقُولُ لَهُۥ كُن فَيَكُونُ

O, hem dirilten hem de öldürendir. O; herhangi bir işin olmasını dilediği zaman yalnız ol der, o da oluverir.
