ذَٰلِكَ أَدۡنَىٰٓ أَن يَأۡتُواْ بِٱلشَّهَٰدَةِ عَلَىٰ وَجۡهِهَآ أَوۡ يَخَافُوٓاْ أَن تُرَدَّ أَيۡمَٰنُۢ بَعۡدَ أَيۡمَٰنِهِمۡۗ وَٱتَّقُواْ ٱللَّهَ وَٱسۡمَعُواْۗ وَٱللَّهُ لَا يَهۡدِي ٱلۡقَوۡمَ ٱلۡفَٰسِقِينَ
Bu, (hüküm), şahitliği gerektiği şekilde yapmaya, yahut yeminlerinden sonra, yeminlerin (mirasçılar tarafından) reddedilmesinden korkmalarına (çekinmelerine çare olarak) daha uygundur. Allah’a karşı gelmekten sakının ve dinleyin. Allah, fasık toplumu doğruya iletmez.
