ذَٰلِكَ أَن لَّمۡ يَكُن رَّبُّكَ مُهۡلِكَ ٱلۡقُرَىٰ بِظُلۡمٖ وَأَهۡلُهَا غَٰفِلُونَ

Bu (rasûllerin gönderilmesi) halkı habersizken, Rabbinin ülkeleri haksız yere yok etmeyeceğinden dolayıdır.
