Translation of the meanings Ayah: (86) Surah: At-Tawbah
وَإِذَآ أُنزِلَتۡ سُورَةٌ أَنۡ ءَامِنُواْ بِٱللَّهِ وَجَٰهِدُواْ مَعَ رَسُولِهِ ٱسۡتَـٔۡذَنَكَ أُوْلُواْ ٱلطَّوۡلِ مِنۡهُمۡ وَقَالُواْ ذَرۡنَا نَكُن مَّعَ ٱلۡقَٰعِدِينَ
“Allah’a iman edin ve Rasûlü ile birlikte cihat edin” diye bir sûre indirildiğinde, onlardan servet sahibi olanlar senden izin istediler ve; “Bizi bırak da oturup kalanlarla birlikte olalım.” dediler.
