هُوَ ٱلَّذِي يُرِيكُمُ ٱلۡبَرۡقَ خَوۡفٗا وَطَمَعٗا وَيُنشِئُ ٱلسَّحَابَ ٱلثِّقَالَ

O, size korku ve ümit içinde şimşeği gösteren ve (yağmur dolu) ağır bulutları meydana getirendir.
