إِلَّا ٱلۡمُسۡتَضۡعَفِينَ مِنَ ٱلرِّجَالِ وَٱلنِّسَآءِ وَٱلۡوِلۡدَٰنِ لَا يَسۡتَطِيعُونَ حِيلَةٗ وَلَا يَهۡتَدُونَ سَبِيلٗا

Erkeklerden, kadınlardan ve çocuklardan (kâfirler yüzünden hicret etmekten gerçekten) âciz kalıp da bir çareye gücü yetmeyenler ve bir yol bulamayanlar böyle değildir. @Corrected

Original Text Erkekler, kadınlar ve çocuklardan (gerçekten) âciz olup hiçbir çareye gücü yetmeyenler, hiçbir yol bulamayanlar müstesnadır.
