Translation of the meanings Ayah: (85) Surah: Yūsuf
قَالُوْا تَاللّٰهِ تَفْتَؤُا تَذْكُرُ یُوْسُفَ حَتّٰی تَكُوْنَ حَرَضًا اَوْ تَكُوْنَ مِنَ الْهٰلِكِیْنَ ۟
بیٹوں نے کہا واللہ! آپ ہمیشہ یوسف کی یاد ہی میں لگے رہیں گے یہاں تک کہ گھل جائیں یا ختم ہی ہو جائیں.(1)
(1) حَرَضٌ اس جسمانی عارضے یا ضعف عقل کو کہتے ہیں جو بڑھاپے، عشق یا پے درپے صدمات کی وجہ سے انسان کو لاحق ہوتا ہے، یوسف (عليه السلام) کے ذکر سے بھائیوں کی آتش حسد پھر بھڑک اٹھی اور اپنے باپ کو یہ کہا۔
