Translation of the meanings Ayah: (87) Surah: Maryam
لَا یَمْلِكُوْنَ الشَّفَاعَةَ اِلَّا مَنِ اتَّخَذَ عِنْدَ الرَّحْمٰنِ عَهْدًا ۟ۘ
کسی کو شفاعت کا اختیار نہ ہوگا سوائے ان کے جنہوں نے اللہ تعالیٰ کی طرف سے کوئی قول قرار لے لیا ہے.(1)
(1) قول و قرار (عہد) کا مطلب ایمان و تقوٰی ہے۔ یعنی اہل ایمان و تقوٰی میں سے جن کو اللہ شفاعت کرنے کی اجازت دے گا، وہی شفاعت کریں گے، ان کے سوا کسی کو شفاعت کرنے کی اجازت بھی نہیں ہوگی۔
