Translation of the meanings Ayah: (42) Surah: Al-Mu’minūn
ثُمَّ اَنْشَاْنَا مِنْ بَعْدِهِمْ قُرُوْنًا اٰخَرِیْنَ ۟ؕ
(1) اس سے مراد حضرت صالح، حضرت لوط اور حضرت شعیب علیہم السلام کی قومیں ہیں، کیونکہ سورہ اعراف اور سورہ ہود میں اسی ترتیب سے ان کے واقعات بیان کئے گئے ہیں۔ بعض کے نزدیک بنو اسرائیل مراد ہیں۔ قرون، قرن کی جمع ہے اور یہاں بمعنی امت استعمال ہوا ہے۔
