Translation of the meanings Ayah: (98) Surah: Al-Mu’minūn
وَاَعُوْذُ بِكَ رَبِّ اَنْ یَّحْضُرُوْنِ ۟
(1) اس لئے نبی (صلى الله عليه وسلم) نے تاکید فرمائی کہ ہر اہم کام کی ابتدا اللہ کے نام سے کرو یعنی بسم اللہ پڑھ کر، کیونکہ اللہ کی یاد، شیطان کو دور کرنے والی چیز ہے۔ اسی لئے آپ یہ دعا بھی مانگتے تھے۔ «اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْهَدْمِ وَمِنَ الْغَرَقِ ، وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ أَن يَّتَخَبَّطَنِيَ الشَّيْطَانُ عِنْدَ الْمَوْتِ» (أبو داود ، كتاب الوتر، باب في الاستعاذة) رات کو گھبراہٹ میں آپ یہ دعا بھی پڑھتے تھے۔ «باسْمِ اللهِ أَعُوذُ بِكَلِمَاتِ اللهِ التَّامَةِ مِنْ غَضَبِه، وَعِقَابِه، وَمِنْ شَرِّ عِبَادِهِ، وَمِنْ هَمَزَاتِ الشَّيَاطِينِ وَأَنْ يَحْضُرُونِ» ( مسند أحمد ،2/181 أبو داود كتاب الطب، باب كيف الرقى - ترمذي ، أبواب الدعوات)
