Translation of the meanings Ayah: (16) Surah: Al-Furqān
لَهُمْ فِیْهَا مَا یَشَآءُوْنَ خٰلِدِیْنَ ؕ— كَانَ عَلٰی رَبِّكَ وَعْدًا مَّسْـُٔوْلًا ۟
وه جو چاہیں گے ان کے لئے وہاں موجود ہوگا، ہمیشہ رہنے والے۔ یہ تو آپ کے رب کے ذمے وعده ہے جو قابل طلب ہے.(1)
(1) یعنی ایسا وعدہ، جو یقیناً پورا ہو کر رہے گا، جیسے قرض کا مطالبہ کیا جاتا ہے۔ اسی طرح اللہ نے اپنے ذمے یہ وعدہ واجب کرلیا ہے جس کا اہل ایمان اس سے مطالبہ کرسکتے ہیں۔ یہ محض اس کا فضل و کرم ہے کہ اس نے اہل ایمان کے لئے اس حسن جزا کو اپنے واسطے ضروری قرار دے لیا ہے۔
