Translation of the meanings Ayah: (29) Surah: Ash-Shu‘arā’
قَالَ لَىِٕنِ اتَّخَذْتَ اِلٰهًا غَیْرِیْ لَاَجْعَلَنَّكَ مِنَ الْمَسْجُوْنِیْنَ ۟
فرعون کہنے لگا سن لے! اگر تو نے میرے سوا کسی اور کو معبود بنایا تو میں تجھے قیدیوں میں ڈال دوں گا.(1)
(1) فرعون نے جب دیکھا کہ موسیٰ (عليه السلام) مختلف انداز سے رب العالمین کی ربوبیت کاملہ کی وضاحت کر رہے ہیں، جس کا کوئی معقول جواب اس سےنہیں بن پارہا ہے۔ تو اس نے دلائل سے صرف نظر کرکے دھمکی دینی شروع کردی اور موسیٰ (عليه السلام) کو حوالۂ زنداں کرنے سے ڈرایا۔
